Zenith Frames provides photography services for small events, including studio and on-location coverage in Quezon City, subject to availability, venue access, and the scope confirmed during pre-session planning. Any service details, priorities, and deliverables are subject to written or recorded confirmation before booking is finalized.

Fees are based on the agreed coverage package, including duration, venue, and delivery scope. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated at the time of booking. Event coverage is limited to the agreed session scope and any confirmed access arrangements. Zenith Frames does not guarantee exact image counts, specific poses, expressions, weather conditions, guest attendance, or unrestricted venue access, and curation may remove duplicates, test frames, and technically unsuitable images.
All photographs and related materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless a different image license is expressly agreed in writing. No RAW files, rejected files, or full camera files are included by default, and no copyright transfer or third-party commercial use is granted unless specifically stated in the booking terms.
